Look Great in Eight

~by Kristie Belliston

Burn fat and add sexy curves with the progressive eight-week body blast. Using my fat blasting exercises and training techniques you'll notice a difference in your body within the first week.

Week One and Five: Circuit Train-Chose one exercise from each major muscle group from the workout library found at www.thebellyfitclub.com . Go through each exercise chosen doing 15 reps with no rest between sets. When finished, start at the beginning and repeat two more times. Each day pick a differnt exercise from each muscle group. Cardio-Do four days of cardio for 40-60 minutes.

Week Two and Six: Resistance Training Focus-Chose 3 different body parts to work each day. Do 4 sets of 10 reps for each body part exercise chosen. Cardio-Do 4 days of cardio doing interval training type workouts.

Week Three and Seven: High Rep-Chose 3 different body parts to work each day. Do 4 sets of 20 reps for each body part exercise chosen. Cardio-Bump it up to 5 days this week and train for 30-minutes burning 400-500 calories.

Week Four and Eight: Supersets-This is where you will work two body parts back to back with no rest. Pick three upper body exercises and one three lower body exercises from the exercise library. Pair a upper body exercise with a lower body exercise and alternate the two exercises for 4 sets and 15 reps. You will then move onto the next pair and repeat. Cardio-Stay at 5 cardio sessions this week and do 40 minutes burning 500-600 calories.

After week four, repeat the whole routine. This time around you will increase all weight in pounds lifted by 5 -10 pounds and cardio by 10 minutes.

Perceived Exertion Scale

Perceived Exertion Scale
This table, based on the research of Borg, is handy for quantifying the intensity of exercise. It is used in some research for that purpose, but may also be used in training programs to describe the intensity of training sessions.
