After 30-45 minutes of Cardio follow with 1-3 sets of 12-16 reps of the following exercises.
Push-Ups
Push Up to Side Plank
Back Ext. on Ball
Triceps Dips
Biceps Curls
Do 3 times a week on Alternating days.
