Welcome to our blog! We are asked often how we are able to raise a family, work, and continue to stay fit and healthy. Here's our way of sharing our secrets in hopes that you experience some of the "true joy in life" we have experieced. The Belly Fit Club blog has been developed in honor of those of you who have spent your lifeblood - your thoughts, your emotions, your energy, your efforts, your resources, and your time—wrestling with food and body image in our culture. It is our sincerest wish that you gain clarity and freedom from this once and for all! With 40 years combined of personal experience and consistant work all focused around helping you, we are thrilled and overly excited to finally see all of our hard work come to light.
